He sat back, against the wall, just looking around. The memories rushed over him. He had always used this room to hide out in, and NO one ever found him. He had showed it to Desmond when he was about 7, and was glad it existed here. He assumed whoever built the house, probably had this built so he could come and go as he pleased without being found out. He loved it. It was like a house within a mansion, and he had always used it when he was pissed off for long periods of times. He laughed a bit, picking up a book that was laid on the floor, and hoped the chicken that was being cooked would be done soon, because he was hungrier than a motha.

She walked around the apartment like home, still in awe of it. She had no idea how he had pulled this little break in off or how he knew about this place, but she was greatful. She would not show it to the strange man but she would be nicer to him. She walked into the bathroom and shut the door. She showered and cleaned herself then stepped out of the bathroom covered in only a towel. She had never been bashful and she wouldn't start now. She wrinkled her nose sniffing the air, "What is that burning?"

He had smelt something burning too, and hurried to the kitchen, he opened the stove and groaned. The chicken had burnt, and he started laughing. He shook his head and put it on the table. "Well the skins the only thing that's burnt, I think Ripper will like it regardless." He pulled out to plates and went to the fire and then poured some of the stew he had been cooking aswell. This was another surprise for Nailana. Maezyl had been teaching him to cook, but now she would never know. He sighed slightly, and poured stew into two bowls, letting it simmer for when Ripper came back and walked out into the table where everything else was already laid out, and he took a piece of chicken and started eating, wondering if Lee would like his cooking.

She watched him and laughed slightly, shaking her head. She walked to where he was, drying her hair on another towel. She looked at everything laid out then at him, "Quite the chef arent we?" She smiled a bit then turned and left the room, returning again fully dressed in leather pants and a white tank top. She kicked a chair out from the table then sat down. "You never told me how you knew of this place."

He kept eating, watching her silently, enjoying his food. Even if others didnt like it, he did and he thought it was really good. He took another piece of chicken and smirked. "I told ya already, Lee. It's with magic." He winked and took a drink from his glass of water. "I knew someone who lived here"

She propped her feet ontop of the table and eyed the bowl of stew that sat in front of her. She picked up her spoon and slowly ate some of it then nodded to him, "Better then I expected." She took a few more bites then sipped on a bottle of Vodka she had summoned from god knew where moments before, "How is knowing someone magic?" She eyed him a moment sensing there as more to it, "tell me about yourself King."

He shrugged. "I dont know, it just is?" He laughed. "Thanks, I've been working on learning how to cook." He took another spoonful of the stew. "What's there to say. I'm a Vampire Slayer, that's pretty much it. What about you? I mean aside from the fact that you're a Demonic Saint."

She raised her eyebrow when he spoke of learning to cook, then laughed, "Now why would a Vampire Slayer be learnign how to cook? I'm sure you have woman lining up to cook for you. Besides you got a ring." She pointed at his finger then shrugged, "Not much to know, from the Barrin family. Got a few older brother's. One of them kinda scary looking but a big teddy bear at times."

He looked at his ring sadly. "I was married but my wife got killed." He laughed a bit bitterly. "She was a Vampeal, go figure, right." He laughed. "Well I guess that's the best disguise, mean and tough but a teddy when they need to be." He finished the stew, and looked at her. "How many siblings you got?"

She frowned, "I'm really sorry about your wife." She smiled slightly, "Yeah kinda weird you married someone who was half vampire. Not many of those around I dont think." She nodded, "Yeah Mathias is something else. I hate to see him angry though." She shuddered slightly then thought, "I really cant remember, we are so far apart in ages at times."

He crossed his arms. "Yeah, it is, they're a rarity for now. But as soon as Humans try entering the towns they wont be. They're scared shitless of the other creatures, guess I would be too." He leaned forward to get another drink. "Mathias? I think I heard of him before." He wasnt lying, Leyna had told him a bit of Mathias, she was closest to him, even if she disliked what he stood for. "I bet your parents are going to end up having another kid about 2,500 years from now." He laughed.

She eyed him raising her eyebrow, "For you to hate the race you seem to know alot about what there future may be." She finished her stew then drank more from ehr bottle of Vodka, "I wouldn't doubt it. He gets around. As for my parents, I wouldnt be surprised if they have one now. They are like rabits." She scoffed eyeing him, wandering how he could know so much.

"Future? It's not future, it's just trends. I'm sure you've noticed the humans in town are scarce. Put two and two together. The dominant races are Vampires, Demons, and Lycans. Humans arent as dumb as they look. They'll avoid them until theres some sort of order established, and then you'll see them intermingling." He gave a firm nod, and chuckled. "I bet they are, but hell if you're demons, or any type of long lasting creatures, might as well get it on as much as you can, I cant blame them. Beside, they tend to have really beautiful offsprings." He looked away from her.

She shrugged, "I don't pay much attention to the other races. Only when i have to. And we both knwo when that is. But your a human..How did you end up marrying a Vampeal without her turning you? Wouldn't the fact that you would age more then her bother you?" She eyed him hearing the meaning in his words and laughed, "Yeah they do i guess. Never saw a beautiful Male Demon though." She smirked and took another long drag on the bottle.

He finished his drink, trying to figure out how he'd get out of this one. "Why would I bothered by that?" He knew he had to keep a straight face for this one. "I mean, I was the one getting old, not the one having to look at the old person. It didnt bother me, if it had to bother anyone, it would have to be her, and she didnt seem to mind." He finished his water, and leaned forward to take the glass he had put out for Ripper, and put it infront of him.
