This Province holds many strange things. In the city of Menelus, which is the 'jewel' of the province, is said to have the largest Vampiric concentration in the world. The city holds many mixtures, most Vampires mixed with Humans and Lycans. A substitute 'King' is said to reign within the Province and it's city. The province is prone to constant civil war, most occuring in it's jewel city, Menelus
