He shook his head and just laid back. He didn't know what to do anymore. He was angry, he was sad, he was confused. Nowhere to go really. He still had to go back and ask about Lucius. Wanting to see his Uncle was enough to handle seeing Marcus again if he had to. Whatever. Hopefully he could just stake the Tower out and see when Marcus left and then he'd go and ask about Lucius. He was done dealing with his father really. Maybe one or two minor things, as far as asking for whatever belongings Marcus had of his mother and brother. That was mainly it. Other than that, he pretty much saw their relationship as father and son ending.

She still ahd yet to talk with Yarizel. It wasn't of that much importance really. She just wanted to see what words her mentor had for her. What she could possibly say to her that would help her deal with her fall. She was still so confused by it, still so confused about how making one tiny mistake had landed her grounded when other Angels had done much greater things and only got a slap on the wrist. Perhaps it was because she had been one of Yarizel's students, perhaps it was because Xarkic was just being damnable these days. Either way she had nowhere to go now. So for the day she was swimming. A past time she had not been able to enjoy since her training days. She had her winds stretched out beside her, letting the water run in between her feathers, finally she floated towards shore and stood in the shallow water, stretching her wings and letting the water drip from her body.

Looking up from his spot, he just noticed several creatures at this lake, whatever it's name was. He didn't really care. Sighing, he just stretched his arms all the way to his feet and yawned. "I hate him so much." he spoke outloud and just shook his head, feeling a headache coming on. Just great. he let himself fall back onto the ground and closed his eyes, trying to forget about everything that had just happened a day ago with him and Marcus. He'd almost gotten rid of him, but that remark about his mother had changed things.

She moved slowly out of the water, folding her wings beind her. She wanted them to dry before she hid them away again. She sensed many creatures around, some of them in play, others in utter turmoil. One such creature she sensed had a familiar Aura. She smiled to herself, it would be nice to see her old friend again. Nice to see any familiar face in a place she knew nothing of. She moved towards the spot she sensed him and then plopped down next to him, "Who is it that you hate so much?"

"No one Alina. Mind your own business." he eyed her, smiled a hello and just closed his eyes again. "I don't want to talk about it. I truly don't whatsoever. It's my problem to deal with, just as you have your problems to deal with." He was just saying what came to him first, didn't care if that angered her or not. He had too much on his mind already to worry about people's feelings other than his own right now. Simple truth.

"Ahh but you are my business Dane. I have made you my business since I have nothing else to do. Besides who else would help you when you need to be healed or something." She smiled down at him, "Well if you want to talk Dane you know I am here. You cant scare me off that easily. You tried once but I didn't listen." She brought her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around them, "Your right i do have my own problems to deal with. I just don't want to deal with them."

"Got it Alina. I know you're there and you won't go away. Doesn't stop me from getting up and walking away but seeing as I'm too lazy to do so, I really don't care." he shrugged and kept his eyes closed. "I think you should deal with them as I deal with mine. Makes life easier in the end, yup. You tend not to listen a lot. That's why you were grounded I would imagine." he laughed and just went silent again.

She looked at him with a glare, "That isn't funny Dane. I still don't know why I was grounded. Why do you always go and push the buttons?" She made a face and laid her chin on her knees and looked out over the water, "Dealing with my problems only makes life as a Fallen more real. And I dont want them that to be real till I have spoken with Yarizel." She thought for a moment and sighed, "You found him didnt you? Thats why your being so grouchy."

"Blah, blah, blah, Yarizel. Welcome to real life Alina. Get used to it. You'll be here for a long time, unless you die." he nodded and just growled angrily."I said I didn't want to talk about it. What part of that don't you understand? As for pushing buttons, it's what I do when I'm in a foul mood, get over it. You know me already, so there you go."

"Yeah well I dont plan on dieing anytime soon. It's still so new to me Dane. You wouldnt understand. I was an Angel for so long and to all of a sudden be thrown out like I was nothing. It isnt a good feeling. And you only make it worse by throwing it in my face. I know you dont mean it but still it hurts. I have nothing to do now." She looked at him, "Your going to have to eventually Dane. You dont want it to build and build. It will only becoem your downfall."

"Well, it's a tough world. Were all on our own. I know how that goes. I don't feel bad. I really don't. I got my own things to deal with. I don't have to do anything. HE won't be my downfall. He's too scared to deal with me I think, and that's just fine with me. Better for me. I don't need him. But enough. Okay? Just be quiet for awhile so I can think and what not." He sighed and scratched the back of his next.

"Yeah it is a tough world. I know what its like to be on my own, but before I always had someone to answer too and had orders to do. Now I have nothing to do and no one to answer too. Perhaps I should figure out what I want to do now." She looked at him and sighed, "Alright Dane." She had only known him for a long time and it never failed he always provoked her to think out things. She sighed and laid her head sideways to watch him as he thought.

"That's the ticket. I have a family here. Maybe see some of them, tell them what's what before HE tells them the story." He shrugged. "I don't feel good Alina. My head hurts, my stomach hurts, and I'm tired. I hate it." he groaned and just tried to relax the best he could. "I'm not in the mood for much right now. I'm a boring sack of bones."

She smiled, "Perhaps you shouldnt just barge in on them. You might not want to but perhaps you should get your dad to introduce you or perhaps if someone is there you know, go to them first." She sighed, "Want me to help you with that? I may not be an Angel anymore but I still have my healing powers. And if your hungry I have food." She looked down at him, "Your not boring just contemplative. You just had to face what was literally your worst enemy."

"No, I'm boring right now and no, no healing. I'm not an old man. I'm young. I can handle this and I don't know anyone and I'm not asking that man to introduce me. Don't call him dad. His name is Marcus, you'll talk about him in that manner, nothing else. Understand? Or I'm leaving. I'm serious." he opened his eyes and stared at her.
