Walking by the weapons shoppe she stopped to take a look at the instruments that had already been forged. She knew she needed to get a few arrows for her bow set, but she was unsure if they'd have the material she needed. After taking a look at the array of weapons she turned around, in thought, whilst speaking to herself. "I'd have better luck forging it myself, actually."

"You need to know to ask" He walked out of the back and wiped his hands with the his shirt and looked at her silently. "Forging on your own is good, but why not just get it here quick and easy. But who am I to give such advice?" He shook his head and scratched his arm, which was somewhat red in hue.

She turned around when she heard the voice of a male. "Yes, but I can be rather lazy at times. But you're right nonetheless." She looked at the discoloring in his arm, and though she was curious to know what happened, even she thought it would be a tad rude to ask. "Are you one of the smiths? Or a customer?"

"I help around here when I'm needed. Old friend of the smith here, well, the oldest and the best one." He nodded and hopped over the counter, eyeing her silently. "What are you looking for?"

"Oldest friend of the Smith? I would have guessed you were the youngest." He seemed to be a human but she could be wrong of course. "I just need a new arrow set, only problem is, mine usually use a special type of poison that's mixed into the arrowhead. And the problem with that is I dont believe there's any of that type of poison around. My father forced a good amount about a century or so ago, and I've used them up. The poison came from a Hydra." She laughed slightly. "I always thought those creatures were nothing more than a part of a common myth."

"There are a lot of creatures like that, and I'm the oldest friend here, in this shop of course. He knows those older than me. And Hydra poison...." He scratched his chin. "Not the strongest I've known, but I'm sure there's some..." He practically threw himself into one of the crude wooden cabinets below him and shouted back up. "We've got a set of one hundred, that's all!" He came back up with the bundle and eyed her curiously.

"Well, I must say I'm surprised." She took a look at the arrows and picked on up, touching the flat ends of the arrows, then poked herself with the tip of it. "Beautifully crafted, I'll take them." She put it back down, and looked at the rest. "Did you forge these?" She pulled out a small pouch and slid it over to him, it was full with many gold coins. "I hope 40 gold coins is enough."

"It is for me." He shrugged and took the coins, putting them away in another magically protected box. "I didn't forge those, but I did however forge these." He pulled out some four-inch arrows, spreading them out across the counter. "This one here, is coated in that of a sleeping draught." He pointed to the arrow which had a red ring around it. "The green is coated with an agent that causes the one attacked to go into a delusional state. Not enough to cause permanent mental damage, but enough for a few hours. The blue one is poison mixed off some dragons way up north in the mountains. Deathly cold, and they're flames are blue, only ones who can do it. Amazing really, but their blood in any open wound causes full body paralysis. Some cases, limb loss. Depends on the amount you use."

"Interesting." She examined the different colored tip arrows, wondering how'd he learnt about the ingredients he used to make them. "How much would they cost? Actually.." She just looked to him. "What if I commisioned you to make a batch for me. I'll pay what it is that you wish, and I'll even look for the ingredients myself."

"I worked a lot to get these, and you won't be able to find the dragons. Trust me, people have looked. I know where they are, glad to know I'm the only one. The ingredients are my secret. Sleeping draught is the easiest, but my arrows never miss. It is the user who does that. "

She gave a nod to show she understood. "Well then that idea is thrown out the window." She took another glance at them. "I dont believe any arrows ever truly miss, they just go where they're pointed at, whether it's correct or not, so I completely agree with you on that. How did you come across this blue flamed dragons?"

"A friend." He nodded and handed her two blue ringed arrows. "Take those two. Might need them, might not. Good to have them. Maybe, just maybe I'll make some more. It's not easy."

She gave him a genuine smile, which was a rarity when it came to strangers. "Thank you. If you happen to make anymore, I'll glad buy them off of you." She turned to pen up the pouch she had brought with her, and she stuck all the arrows in them, except that she took out two triangle shaped clothes and placed the two arrows he gave to her in them, then turned back to him. "This might sound odd, but would you happen to know where the criminals, and the scums in this town are?" She was beginning to feel her thirst, and she wanted to feed but as always she only wanted to feed off the scumbags of the human race two shot two birds with one stone. She got to feed but she also got rid of them.

"Anywhere really. Depends. Maybe in your part of town." he laughed. "Why would you want to find them specifically Selene?" He gave her a playful wink and put the rest of his arrows away.

She kept smiling whilst she shook her head. "You seem to know what I am, yet that doesnt surprise me." She slid the pouch back around her. "Since I was old enough to realize I needed to feed to survive I willingly made it so I only fed against the scum of the human race. I guess you could say I wanted to kill two birds with one stone. I'd prefer not to feed but.." She shrugged, "Not much you can do when you're a Vampiress."
