He pulled the dagger from the tree and pocketed it. "Trying to kill your old man, eh?" He shook his head, then started running towards her. There werent many humans around so it was much simpler to just give it his all. He came towards her, and shifted his entire body around, with his leg extending, aiming for her leg.

She smirked. "Well you did say not to treat you like my dad." As she finished saying those words she saw her father run towards her, and she braced herself, she got into a defense position. She tried to move out of his way, but found his leg touching hers and she fell down. She got up quickly, and aimed for his chin, feeling her knuckles against the bone of his chin.

He landed on his feet, but as soon as he touched the ground, he felt her fist connect with his chin, and he felt his head thrusting back. He looked at her and started to rub his chin, grinning. His baby girl, was becoming a strong fighter. He moved his arm, making it into a fist and aimed for her chest.

She watched his fist carefully, and shifted her leg, moving out of the way, his fist grazing her chest. She moved her knee and brought it up against his chest, feeling it against his chest. She then used his body as a wall, and jumped backwards, landing on her feet. "You're getting old, pops."

He held his chest, and stood slowly. "Pops? Who you calling, pops?" He laughed and walked closer to her, but then broke into a run. He jumped up, shifted his body and moved his leg across her back.

"You, dad." She giggled, and sensed the sudden change in the atmosphere and turned around quickly, grabbing onto his leg, and looked at him, but the next thing she knew his other leg came across her chest and her body moved back, some.

He felt her body falter, and he moved his body, landing on the ground looking at her. "Sorry, Mae. But you still need a bit more training. You're a bad ass fighter, and you're getting stronger though. You're going to end up being able to kick my ass eventually." He laughed and went over to her, helping her up. "You make me proud, Mae." He smiled.

She looked at him gratefully, but pushed him back. "Thanks, but let me." She stood up, rubbing her chest, and smiled. "Yeah, but I still got my ass kicked. Man, I hope I can get stronger soon, cos I wanna get my revenge, butt-kicking from you, dad." She held onto him, draping an arm around his shoulder.

He smirked and shook his head. "We'll see. It'll take awhile, and there's no way I'm going to get my ass kicked by you." He stuck his tongue out, and laughed, moving to a tree and sat down against it. "How ya been, in regards to...well you know.." He frowned briefly.

She smirked. "Yeah, we will and you'll see. You'll need a cane by the time I get done." She sat down next to him, and looked out as a few humans started to come into the spot. "I'm okay." She shrugged. "Still dont wanna believe she's gone you know? I mean she may not have been my mother, but I loved her as such. And I'm going to KILL Fenrir and Salandra. Zora came to me and told me that they told her about Nailana, and also that they were arguing. They had no right." She sighed.

He turned to her and nodded. "Yeah, I know what you mean." He shrugged. "I cant believe it either. I'll always love her. Dont think I might be able to move on. I mean, regardless of everythng, honestly, I thought she was it, like the one." He laughed. "But look at what happened. I have the worst luck, I swear."

She frowned, and put an arm around him, leaning her head against his shoulder. "Dad, you have to move on eventually. It's what she would have wanted. You cant mope around forever. Fenrir needs you, and so does Rionos and Zora." She kissed his cheek. "Besides, you wont go through this alone, you're stuck with me forever and ever." She gave a firm nod.

He smiled, when she kissed him. "I dont really care about myself. More worried about Fen and Sal." He looked at her. "Thanks." He kissed her forehead. "Glad to know that you'll be here to bother and scare me shitless. Wouldnt have it any other way." He laughed. "You'll always be my baby girl."

"You know, you make me sound awful. I'm not THAT mean." She giggled, and punched his arm. "I'm the sweetest things since honey." She smirked, and closed her eyes, leaning against him. "I'll always be your baby girl." She gave a nod. "If not, at least your daughter, I mean, I'm not planning to turn into a man anytime soon." She chuckled.
