She had been away for a few months. Exploring the different arts of the day. Enjoying herself and thinking of her future. She didn't come up with an answer for it. She only knew that there would always be one person she would never get over. But she was satisfied with her life now. She had her son, she had a family, she had friends, and now she had found herself. Not in the eyes of another as she had been trying but within herself. She realized that AS much as she loved to be a slayer she was more into the arts of magic. For as long as she could remember she had been fascinated By Malachi and his abilities, and when she left to explore she found a teacher who brought out her own Magical abilities. She liked Sorcery, and the power it gave her. The darkness it seemed to instill in her, and just the ancient art of it. And here she was, A Sorceress. One of few who held Vampiric powers. She smiled slightly as her blood red cape began to whip around her as the wind picked up. The elements were all at her mercy if she saw fit. But she didn't weild them. Not yet anyway. She wasn't that well versed in the art. But she was learning and the deepr she delved the darker she felt. And it satisfied her. It gave her a feeling of completeness. And that's what she wanted.

Cethegus has just been walking the area really. Having spent more than enough time here, he just settled for some small house somewhere in the forest over to the south. It wasn't much, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to settle here forever or not. So why buy a big house he wouldn't use? Making his way up the hill, he just sat down and yawned, his eyes closed, thoughts focused on resting.

She felt the aura of someone coming up the hill. It wasn't an aura she recognized. It was someone different. She turned slightly to see the man moving towards her and then sit down on the hill. She eyed him and then turned back to looking out. She stayed motionless and then spoke, "Nice day for a walk isn't it."

"I guess. Not much in the mood for walking. It's why I'm sitting down." He nodded and just wondered who this woman was. She wasn't a demon so it wasn't his responsibility to get rid of her, which was fine by him, he was too tired of hunting day in and day out. As far as he knew, the singular purpose he was born and chose to do was about the most repetitive thing in the world, but oh well right? We live and then we die, except for creatures like him and this woman here. First you lived forever.

"Well then it is a nice day for sitting and relaxing then. Or it can change rather drastically." She moved her hand slightly and heard thunder in the distance. She was just wondering what would happen. She had actually made it thunder. She looked up as the skies darkened and laughed, "Looks like my words came true. Rain is comign our way."

"Perfect." He shook his head. She was young, she didn't know how some things could get. Maybe she did. He wasn't going to ask to find out. "Rain would be perfect considering the fact I'm out in the middle of nowhere with my house being so far and my inability to fade at the moment. Just perfect lady." He rolled his eyes. "Don't mind me, I'm a basket case."

She smiled slightly and looked up at teh sky as the rain started to fall, "WE could all use a few good Rainy Days you know. To wash away our problems and to just cleanse us. Rain is perfect for things like that." She let her head drop back and closed her eyes as the rain fell over her. Finally she looked at him, "My name is Zora, not Lady. And here if you don't wish to get wet, take my Robe's. They are heavy and have a hood. I don't mind the rain." She pulled of her robes and held them out to him, "WE all are at one point. I was once."

"Yes, okay Zora. I don't want your robes and my name is Cethegus. Rain is fine, just when I want it, not when I can do without it today." He eyed her and shook his head. "Nevermind. I don't even want to talk about it. I'll just end up getting angrier and more depressed than I already am." Standing up, he ran a hand through his hair. "Look, I think I'm going to leave you alone now. How's that sound?"

She nodded, "Alright then." SHe studied him for a moment and nodded, "It's nice to meet you Cethegus. And I can fix the Rain I think." She closed her eyes and willed the rain away, moving her hand in a bit of an arc above her head. She opened her eyes to see the sun again. She smiled and looked at him once more, "Understandable. I wish there was something I could do. But I am afraid your burden you have to carry alone." She turned and looked out once more, "Just remember one thing, When it feels like it is raining. Somewhere the sun is shining." She waved to him, "The sun shines for you today Cethegus."

"Sun shines for me today. Not really if you haven't seen the weather. Nice being philosophical and all, but it doesn't do me any good. Use it on someone who needs it Zora. Don't allow yourself to become naive in such a way. Good day. Maybe I'll see you again sometime. Or not." He shrugged and willing all of his energy, managed to fade. Where to? Not a clue.

He appeared right on the spot that Cethegus had disappeared on and sighed. "Hey you there, you seen a man named Cethegus. About this high? All mopey?" He made a sad face and knew she'd definitely seen him, unless she was as dumb as a log, which he doubted. She was young, but not young enough to be some silly idiotic brick. Running a hand through his hair, he waited for her response.

She shook her head and laughed. She moved her hand again willing it to rain once more. She looked up once more and closed her eyes. She had no idea why she was feeling the way she was today. Perhaps it was being back here, perhaps it was seeing her family, or perhaps she was just in a good mood. Whatever the reason she wasn't going to let the man's mood alter hers. She placed her robes on the ground beside her and pushed back the sleeves of her shirt. It took practice to weild the elements and she was going to see if she could bend Water. She had tried before and never gotten any results. But now she would try again. But Before she could someone else appeared. She sighed and looked at the man, "You mean the man who just left? Yes I saw him."

"No need to sigh you vampire. I was asking you a question. Knew you weren't dumb, but snippy, I didn't expect that." He shook his head and looked her up and down. "What are you doing? Calling to the Heavens? They won't help you. As a demon I would know. If anything, they curse you. A lot." He laughed at what he said and just walked closer to her. "Magic or something then?" He motioned to her robes. "Let's see then. Pull a rabbit from your hat, or something like that."

She raised her brow, "Snippy? I was not getting Snippy with you. I can if that is what you wish though." She gave him a smile and then looked around, 'I am bending Water, or trying to. I am still very new to Sorcery. But I am learning." She laughed slightly and moved her hands slightly, she only twitched them but it was enough to cause the rain to turn to hail and then into little fire balls. And then again back to rain. "I can not pull a rabbit from my hat. As much as my son would like that I am afraid it is impossible for me to."

"Then your talent is a waste. If you can't use it to entertain the whims of a child, than it is quite the useless piece of talent in a way. Unless of course you know how to use magic in order to silence him. I doubt such a thing exists. I would know. I've tried on children before. Even my own son. He's big now, so I can't really make him shut up whatsoever. Just be glad you still have a small child, as I assume by how you mentioned him.."
