He watched the Elven folk walk about their business as he remained in the darkness of the trees. He did not wish to mingle with them, or even deal with their stares of contempt. He saw a few children, and wondered if they too would become involved in the events to come. He sensed Danea nearby, and his son as well. But as quickly as he'd felt her, he felt her disappear and knew she went off to other things. He watched and waited, wondering if his son would remain there or if he would leave.

He walked along and just sent some water from one hand to another, watching some of the elven children eyeing him with some mild interest and he smiled at them, wondering where his father was, still, he walked and then slipped behind some trees and then walked around, coming at his father from behind, or who he expected would be, he sensed a demon more than anything.

He did not turn around when he sensed his son come from behind him. His son was not wicked, just as he had expected. He pulled one of his hands out of his pocket and created a small waterball, he let it drop to the floor, and stared out at the Elven peoples. "I see you've come with Danea. It has been a very long time, Denelon."

"You don't need to tell me something I don't know. I want some answers, and I better get them." he walked over to him and waited."Turn around, I want to see what you look like. Stop with the mystery."

"You may want answers but if you keep with that tone, you'll get none. I'm still your father, and I will not be disrespected by my son." He remained in his spot. "I will turn around soon enough, but I will not be commanded what to do by my child."

"You get what you deserve, now turn around." he was becoming impatient and he wanted to see him and just waited for him to turn around."I'll give you the tone given to me for years inside of my head. Throwing me into danger constantly, for a rock, a rock!"

"A rock that was taken from us, by a bunch of pretentious do-gooders. They did so much for nothing. Helping creatures who only kill, rape and maim. And it seems that even my voice could not inspire you, since I see the stone is not within your grasp, and I can sense it within the south of this town, no doubt in their home."

"You try getting it if you're so strong! I was caught! They have a lot protecting it! Inspire me?!" He sighed and conjured up water and sent a barrage of it at the man out of anger, making it freeze up.

He turned around slowly, creating a fireball from his hand, and threw it towards the frozen water, watching as it melted. "A strong will, you have. Just like your mother." He said calmly. "You're powerful, but you need to control your anger. Once you control that there is no limit to how strong your aquatic abilities can become."

"They're already strong no thanks to you. Speaking of which, where IS my mother, where have you been? Why do you want that stone? Why so angry with the mention of Aleister and the others? Come on, answer me, father."

"I could care less if you mention Aleister and the others. And you think they're strong because of yourself? Maybe to an extent, but surely you've not forgotten of the dreams you've had where we've spoken and It seemed, I trained you. It was not seeming, I did train you those times." He laughed. "Yes, your mother. Beautiful creature she was, truly. Well, beautiful creature she is. She has no knowledge of your existance because I've made it so. Your mother was an Angel. I'm to believe she's fallen by now. I took her as my own, to breed a strong heir, and no doubt I am not disappointed, since you are standing before me. You see, Angels have no jurisdictions over our kind. And they have no defenses against our types of powers, since to them as well as all other creatures, we do not exist. I used powerful magic, my own magic to lure her to me. I got her with child, and after your birth, I made sure she had absolutely no memory of those events. I did love her, and for that reason, I had made it so no one knew of her or you."

"So you hid me because you loved me? What a load of lies. Ok, so you trained me, big deal." he eyed his father and just stood there, not really knowing what else to say."You're not even going to say you're sorry are you? No, that would be below you of course." he shook his head."So I was nothing but insurance."

He eyed his son, silently. "Think what you'd like, Denelon." He turned, hearing a child walk towards the trees, then run off. "You were not insurance. I was not aware of the events that were to occur, the moment I met your mother. I only wished for an heir. Someone to carry on after me not in the way events occured. Only a son to rule beside me. Alas, destiny changes ones plans."

He eyed him and leaned back on a tree."Rule what? There's nothing here you rule if you didn't notice." he shook his head and just laughed."Destiny, destiny means nothing here, destiny gets you nowhere special." He sighed and conjured up some more water and drank silently.

"There are things you do not know of. Events that occured before your birth or the birth of their children. It is all nothing more than history. I set myself onto new things." He let a flame dance along the tips of his fingers, staring off into space.
