Her dress billowed behind her, as a few of her hand maidens grabbed the material that stretched out. She was adorned with a light blue dress made of the finest silk, and a few modest pieces of jewelry. The sleeves of her dress, reached only to her elbow, and a long piece of it flowed down towards her waist. Around her head she wore a diamond circlet which accented her eyes. Her deep blue eyes shimmered as she laid eyes upon the palace she had not stepped in for the last two thousand years. She had decided to travel and spend time within the other Elven Communities, in hopes of improving conditions for her people. She had taken note and realized that times had changed drastically since the last time she had stepped about this vicinity. Many dfferent creatures now claimed the town, and it's surrounding areas, home. She could sense so many different ones, but the ones that seem to strike her most were the Fallen Angels around the place. Reaching the steps towards the palace, she began to climb them slowly, feeling as her handmaidens tugged on her trane so that not a piece of it would touch the ground. She smiled, as old memories came through her, and she headed straight for the main chambers of the palace.

She entered the palace from the northern gate. She had went to see the waterfall, the one place where she could be at peace. She was adorned in an elven tunic and long pants. Like the rest of her people. She had heard that her mother had returned and was on her way to see her. It had been a very long time since she had laid eyes upon her mother and it excited her to know she was back. She entered the main chambers as her mother did and smiled walking to her, "Im gelir ceni ad lín, Naneth. Manen nalyë?" She spoke in the Elven language which was as accostomed to her, but sometimes she caught herself slipping to use the language of the cratures in the surrounding areas.

She stopped, when she sensed her precious Iaraya, nearby. She turned around to see her, and smiled briefly at her. Her daughter had not changed much, except for the wisdom she could sense within her. She turned to her handmaidens and simply said , "Gwanno." The handmaidens nodded in understanding, bowed and left. She stood there infront of her daughter and beckoned her over. "Nan mara, Iell." She laughed briefly. "There is no need for such formalities my dearest Iaraya, you may speak the language of the creatures. It will do us much good, if we did so."

She smiled and then threw her arms around her mother. "It is god to hear, Naneth." She watched the handmaidens leave and then grabbed her mothers arm, pulling her towards the front of the Chamber, where the throwns were, "Aye, but it has been many years since you have been here, there has been no need for my speaking the creatures language. I find myself slipping into the creatures language on occassion, but I try my best to speak Elven around our people. How was your journey? I trust there were no complications when you crossed the Aranor."

She laughed, amused at the fact that her daughter had not changed. Her arms came around her daughter, and she kissed her forehead. "And you, Iell?" She followed her, and sat on her thrown, closing her eyes, as the memories rushed back. "That is very well, you've not ventured out?" She looked about the man chamber, at the flowers that were still blooming beautifully. "The Aranor gave us safe passage among it's rustic and violent waters. Our peoples across the ocean are well, and thriving. I trust everything has gone well within the gates of Anduune."

She clsoed her eyes and bowed her head slightly when her mother kissed her forhead, "I am well, Naneth. No illness has come across any of our people since your departure. Save for the death of Daeron, a creature from the out side harmed him, and whatever he did slowly killed him." She seated herself on the steps in front of her mother and looked up, "No, I do not trust the outside. I ventured out twice after you left, and both times it was only to check on the status of Aldaron's descendents." She looked around and then nodded breifly, "Things have gone smoothly."

"My Dearest Selde, I would have wished if you'd have come with me when I departed so long ago. But I must commend you on how peaceful it has remained within Anduune. I am proud of you, my dear. I assume Daeron was given proper buriel and respects by our people." She felt a gentle breeze emanate throughout the palace and smiled, only for it to falter at the mention of Aldaron. Her heart always grew heavy at the mention of her son. She looked to Iaraya, and just looking at her daughter cheered her up a bit. "And how are they? The last I heard was of Dominic having a son, no more information came to me after that."

She smiled at her mother and shook her head, "No, Naneth. It was not my wish to leave Anduune at that time. I was content, and still am. Maybe one day i will grow restless, but untill that time I wish to stay." She nodded, "Gen hannon, for your words mother. I am glad to know I have kept the city well within your standards. And yes, Daeron had a proper buriel." A flicker of sadness came into her eyes then died away. It had been 1000 years since the death of Daeron, but it still hurt her. She looked away a moment then turned as a party of elves passed the chamber, "As for Aldaron's descendents, they are well. Aye, Eruheran did have a son, his name is Sadron. He also had a selde, her name is Dera, but she has passed from this world. He has a fair few grand children too.

She watched her daughter silently, but said nothing of what was on her mind, merely nodded. "I am content to hear of their well being. It is odd, I had a vision with a very vile creature with that exact name. Dera, to be exact, Selde. Vile and malicious creature she was. I do not wish ill will on any, but the knowledge that that beast was of my blood, disgusts me. And I am more than pleased to hear of her demise." She gave a firm nod. "Have you not met Eruheran's grandchildren?"

She nodded, "As am i Naneth. She was vile and wicked. She ran with an evil man as well, but he has also been desposed of. They both died by the hands of a man named Hannibal I hear. They say he was once a ruthless warrior, but now is no more then a gentle tiger." She shook her head, 'Nay, i have yet to meet the grandchildren. I know one of them is of the loins of Hannibal, Maezyl is her name. They say she has the strength of an Elven maiden, but I have yet to meet her or her sister."

She laughed briefly, running her hands over Iaraya's cheek. "For a creature who has left the Acropolis but two times, you are very well informed." She became silent as Iaraya's words sunk in. "Ah yes, Hannibal King. One of two brothers from the line of Severus King, the procreator of the Vampiric race." She looked at her Selde. "It seems the lines have intertwined when the child named, Maezyl was born." She laughed. "I am sure this was a development, Severus himself, had not foreseen."

She smiled at her mother, glad she was back, "Yes well when I have left it was to seek out the information. I left no stone unturned." She watched her mother a moment then sighed, "Severus did not expect many things and yet they have happend. I wonder what would he have done to Maezyl when she was born. He is one of the few who would know her true heritage." She thought a moment then sighed, "I'd like to bring her here Naneth. It is wrong for us to deny Aldaron's descendents there rightful place here. I'd also like to get to know my Neice."

"Come, follow me, Selde." She rose to her feet, and started for the exit to the right, heading towards her room. "I sensed him, even from Hiswe, though his life force did not remain for long." She moved towards the hallway. "It is not wrong for us to deny her entrance within this town. No other creatures know of Anduune's existance unless I've given them special permission to enter. I took the neccesary precautions to protect my people, even if denying my own blood. I am queen of the Elven people, and as much as it pains me, they come before personal gain, Iaraya. You more than any, should understand that." She reached the end of the hallway, and started up the stairs. "Though, during my time in Hiswe I have decided to open the gates to the Acropolis, to all. Not just entrance to Anduune, but to the whole of our lands that stretches to their town. So if you wish to bring her, you may. But before you go in search of her, it might be wise to speak to Eruheran first."

She stood and followed her mother. Listening intently to what she said, some of the things angered her. She did not think that the descendents of her brother would harm anyone, but she understood the precautions. She would not deny her mother had a point but she would not deny that her heart was teling her it was time to leave the Andunne now that her mother was there. "Naneth, our secret has nothign to do with harm to our people. Maezyl as well as her sister have the right to know what they are. You are the Queen yes, but sometimes you..." She halted and looked at her mother, "What did you just say? Naneth, what brings this decision around?" She nodded, "I will speak to him the next he visits."

She remained walking, wishing to reach her room, but remained speaking, aswell. "Selde, I will say this but once. Never will I put the lives of my people in danger. Maezyl and her sister may not endager our city directly, but what of others? I denied access to all, including those of my blood, for reasons that you shant never understand. Or have you forgotten of my gift of prophecy? The visions do more than just guide our people through safe passages about this town." She stopped infront of two very large doors made of the finest oak. She smiled, and pushed the doors open. The room was laden in the finest sheets. Beautiful flowers were everywhere, and there was even a grand and majestic tree in the middle of the room. The leaves were the color silver, and many many jewels were growing fron it's branches. The bed was laden in rose petals, and as she walked towards the bathroom to look inside it, she saw rose petals in the water, and the bathroom was still covered in gold and had a pleasant fragrance. She moved towards her bed, and ater reaching it, she began to take off her jewels. "It was time to open our fair city to all. If any wishes to come here to create trouble, they shall be easily dealt with." She moved towards the bedpost and there she saw it. She hadnt laid eyes on it for a millenia and she smiled widely. It was her grand staff. It was still as beautiful as she had remembered it. It was made of a rare oak tree, there were slight leaves growing from it's side and on the very top was an aqua colored orb. She placed her hand upon it, closing her eyes. It was her staff, and she would now be able to practice her Elven Magic.
