He looked around, still unable to believe what had transpired. He was truly in the past, the thought was a bit unnerving. He still held out hope that maybe he could get back to his time, but regardless of what would happen he wasnt going to waste this opportunity. He smiled slightly, and chuckled, he wasnt just seeing something only Fallens and anything else that old could see, but something he could see as well. It was quite the sight. He was walking down what he once knew as the downtown area. An area that was full of stores, and people, and now all he saw was stalls. He thought of the past, and how he was now walking in it, it was odd for him to see Shadowed Redemption Hollow differently than he had known it so many years into the future. He looked around, and dug into his pockets, he had a steady supply of gold coins. He didnt have a choice but to steal it back there when he killed the Vampire. This was one of those 'You had to do what you had to, to survive' situations, and if he would have to resort to stealing from dead shit-eaters he would just do it. He smiled, and watched as a few demoness walked past him, giggling and talking among themselves. He smelt the fresh air, and there was just something different to it all.

She sat with her back against the side of one of the stalls and watched the many people who mingled around the Bazaar. She had stationed herself in this position so she could keep her eye on one of her trainees. They were out on their first run as lifters and already she could see something was going wrong. She saw her trainee go for the pocket of a man who she had never seen before. He was quite handsome but that did not draw her attention. She steadily watched her trainee as she went for the mans pockets. Noticing that she was not being at all carefull about it.

He turned to see something that caught his eye, it was, what to him would be, three ancient daggers. He stopped to look at it, and brought out a few coins to pay for it. It was much cheaper here than if he had bought it back home. He pocketed the daggers and started on his way. He could a few groups of demons running about, and it instantly made him raise an eyebrow. He shook his head, and kept on his way. He had turn to look at something else when he felt it, a hand in his pocket. He grabbed the arm and looked at the culprit. It was a young Demoness, he eyed her calmly, and moved her hand out of his pocket. "Dont do that again. Next time you're caught you'll probably get your hands chopped off by whoever you're trying to take money from." He eyed her seriously, and brought out two coins. "Here, so you can eat." He watched the Demoness run off and shook his head. "Jeez, and I thought the art of pickpocketing was bad in MY day." He chuckled, knowing he'd be the only one to understand the underlying meaning.

She watched as the trainne was caught and shook her head. It would be a nother blow to her team if one more was lost. She sighed and pushed herself away from the stall and started toward them both. She kept her eye on the man readying herself to protect the girl if need be. But she stopped when she saw him hand the girl something. She shook her head then came beside him pretending to look at something. She picked up a set of golden dragon scales and quickly made them disappear from her hand, "You should have taught the young one a lesson. She will only make that samw mistake again."

He sighed slightly and stood, watching the girl run off. He felt another come beside him. It was a Demoness, he could sense her a mile away. He heard her words and shook his head. "It's not my place to teach her how to pickpockets. Truth is, she shouldnt hafta pick'em anyway. There are places where she can go to get help." He shrugged. "Besides, best way to learn is to make mistakes." He turn to look at her. She was very beautiful, he would admit, and if this had been a few years earlier maybe he would have tried to sweet talk to her, but since Nailana's funeral had been so recent, he really did not want to think of women.

She looked at him a moment and then back at the merchandise, "No it is not. But it is mine. There is no other way to live in this life. You are either one of the many rich Vampire Family's or you are a pesant. Most of the people here are what I am." She picked up somethign else and turned it over in her hand then it too disappeared. She looked back at him studying him, "We Barrin's do not take to mistakes lightly. My trainees either get it right, or die trying. You saved her from death, but there are many others who will die on this day for those mistakes." She shrugged then turned heading to the next stall, watchign another trainee.

"Yes, but evenso, it's better to steal from the rich Vampires than the poor nobodies like myself." He smiled slightly and watched her, she was very good at the way she handled those items. She was a first class pickpocket as she would be labeled had she been a member of the clan. He was about to reach for something when he heard her name, and almost lost his composure. She was a Barrin? Of all things a Barrin. He tried running the information from his head and concluded that maybe her family didnt start terrorizing for sometime, for all he knew they were about to start acquiring their wealth and their reputation as ruthless Demon Warlords anyday now. He eyed her, wondering what relation she had to Leyna, but he wouldnt ask. Even he knew the risks of messing with time, and if this one was going to be her mother or something, the consequences would be harsh.

She looked at him again and laughed, "Steal from the Lees and every other Vampiric family here? You must be insane. My family may be as big as they come, but for now we bide our time against them." She shook her head laughing then nodded to one of the trainees as they came to her with what they had gotten. She studied it with interest and looked sternly at the trainee, "You did well but next time choose somethign worth a bit more." She made the item disappear watchign as the trainee ran off.

"The Lees?" He chuckled. "Yeah, you could probably bypass that castle easily. It's only full of meager defenses, since the head of the house is worried about other things." He saw the trainee was actually a lot younger than the former girl, and it made him frown. "Are all of your trainees children and teenagers?" He looked at her with interest. He couldnt help but smirk, she had NO idea of how legendary her family would become. Or even how mentioning their name would cause fear in almost anyone.

She raised her eyebrow when she heard his crack about the Lees, "You have not been to the Lee Castle then have you. It is filled witht he most complex defenses of this time. We have tried many times to break through them. But Dragonus is still as strong as ever and it has not changed with the birth of his son." She looked at the people around spotting her trainees among them then nodded, "All orphans, who have no where else to go. I started this for them, not exactly wanting to be as violent as the rest of my family. But they have a place to go at night and do not live on the streets."

He saw no point in arguing, she was probably right. The castle he had known as the Lees home was different from the one they knew. He heard her, and smiled, glad that someone was taking in these kids. He probably would have done the same thing, but a thought cross his head, and he smirked. "I know where you could get enough items to build about 7 mansions for all these children."

She turned to him when she heard what he said and raised her eye brow wondering why he was smiling. She looked around and then looked at him with interest, "And where would this be? I am sure I know of all the rich familys and other stashes of the other theives here. So where ever it is must be one I already know of."

"Who knows, probably, probably not. But the home isnt located here, not in this immediate area anyway. It's a bit ways off, in a very secluded town called Satani Vies." This was the town where he had grown up. It was very secluded only those who were from the families who truly had names which were recognized and known througout the world, lived there. He was sure the only occupants of the town were the Kings and probably the Gartras' at the present time. He knew in the future the Barrins would call it home, and a very weird truce would be called among those families, since they would be the only ones to ever reside there, no others allowed.

She folded her arms and listened to him. She had never been to this town, nor had she heard of it either. She studied him a moment then nodded to him, "You will have to show me this town, becuase I have never heard of it. If it is what you say it is then it will becoem the home for my orphans. But only if I like it."

He eyed her. "Trust me, you'd rather steer clear from this place. Some very nasty people live there, and once you enter the chances of getting back out, well probably aint gonna happen. But I know how to get into the wealthiest of the homes. They have too much crap, more valueables worth thirty times more than even the most expensive item here. And even if you steal more than you can carry, it's not like they'll miss it, they have an assload more."
