She walked towards the castle. She hadnt been here since she had given birth to the twins. It seemed to be the furthest thing on her mind at times, even after the revelation she had. She had always meant to speak to Maezyl about this before, but always found it to be secondary to her duties as a mother. She came close to the castle but not close enough and watched Maezyl. She stood besides Mae as they walked towards the door. This was the first time she had been able to make it this far since the anti- Demon/Fallen, spell was still surrounded the castle, and it was still as strong, if not stronger. She looked at the door, sensing an insignia hidden from view and just stood in patience.

She walked right beside her towards the castle, wondering what was so important in there. She could guess, but she would never know. She had been told that there were a few rooms in the castle that couldnt be opened. She wondered what the rooms had within them but never explored it further. She hadnt been back here since everything that happened with her had occured. She cringed at the thought of all those events but was just glad that everyone had made it. She touched the door, the insignia of a serpent glowing from her forehead as well as the door and slowly the door swung open. A draft gushed in with it, and she turned to Yarizel slowly. She nodded and entered inside, looking around cautiously. Still the torches were lit and she grabbed two, handing one to Yarizel. "I dont know where you're going, so I think we should part ways for the time being. I'm going to explore the castle. Good luck in finding what you have to, Yarizel." She smiled genuinely and climbed a staircase that stood on the left a few feet from the entrance.

She watched silently as the symbols appeared on Maezyl's forhead. Now she understood better and thought that all involved in the erection of the castle and barriers were smarter than she had given them credit for. She walked inside and took the torch from Maezyl's hand, nodding in thanks. "Thank you." She headed down the long corridor, placing the torch infront of her to guide her movements. The castle was much bigger on the inside than the outside let on. It was almost like a palace of sorts. She hurried down the corridor, finding adjacents paths to other areas. It was a maze, a labyrinth of sorts. She was unsure of where to head, though she could already feel something pull her towards a fork to the left, which she took. It had a stairway and slowly she climbed wondering where she would be led.

There were so many floors. She hadnt realized this before and could only climb, wondering where she would be taken next. She made it to the third floor, and looked about. Something had almost called out to her to come here and she did. She looked around, so many doors and rooms. She tredded cautiously, seeing a bit of rubble on the floor of the castle. And even swore to hear the drummings of something deep below the earth. She blinked, wondering what types of things were hidden inside this place.

Higher and higher she went, losing track of the many floors she had passed. It was a long and winding staircase and the further up she walked, the more she was pulled. This place was deeper than you could imagine, and underneath the ground, deep in the earth there were other creatures walking about. Her ears caught the sound of almost tribal drums coming from underneath the Earth, and could only attribute it to demons, if not another race entirely. After bringing herself back to reality, she stopped, noting she had absentmindedly stepped to one of the floors. She looked up to see there were two more floors left to the very top. She swung the torch around, there was a very eerie feel to it all. Some rooms glowed with a subtle light that could only be seen with the utmost concentration. She walked down the halls, her body, and mind being called out to a room that stood on the right, which interestingly enough, had no light coming from it. She walked to the door and touched it slowly, shutting her eyes. She could feel two life forces within, and she recognized them both, they belonged to both her and Farinele. She placed her hand on the handle of the door and turned it slowly, wondering what would await her inside.

She was walking again, and all the while the banging of the drums got louder. She began to think if there was a race down there. Maybe it was demons? Maybe it was something else? But why could you only hear it so clearly here and not anywhere else in town. Was there a portal here to another world? So many questions circled in her mind, and she didnt know what to say or think. She came to teh end of the corridor. There was rubble everywhere, and wondered if this place had seen any life since everything that had occured here with her father and Fen. She turned to walk back, when something caught her eye. There was light on the very last door to the left. It was glowing a blueish green and she wondered what was held inside. She reached for the door knob.

She swung the door open and looked around the room. It was dark and musty, dust was everywhere. The room had a very old chandalier in the middle, and there was a grand table in the middle. To the sides held a few mirrors and tables. These tables seemed to hold ancient items. She walked along the table, eyeing the items. They were not onlt ancient, but rarities. This would have been a graverobbers dream, the wealth that could have been attributed from it, but this was not the case for her. She kept walking, and then stopped. There was a trap door under where she had just walked. She bent down, placing the torch on a holder and with her hands moved the dust away. It was there, yet it was conspicious because it was made out of the same material from the floor. She held to th latch and pushed it open. Dark energies dissapated from it. It was some type of phanton. She watched it swirl around for a few minutes, a dark hood covering it, and then it disappeared. She looked down, this castle held many mysteries, mysteries she wished to uncover one day. She picked up the torch again and held her arm down, swinging it about. There was another room underneath this one. She looked around, using her mind she willed a gust to appear and close the door. She couldnt let anyone enter this room, and slowly she climbed down into the secret chamber.

She opened the door and looked inside. She couldnt understand it, inside the room there was no blueish green glow. Nothing was glowing. How could something have glowed so brightly, and then when you go in, nothing? She sighed. The room was pretty big. It was a bedroom, she knew that for sure. It held a large canopy bed. The canopy held a red cloth, she recognized it as a symbol of wealth and royalty. There was a nightstand at the far corner. Ontop of the stand held journals, a good number of them. She walked over to it, and looked down. There were actually a good number of books actually. She looked around spotting a chair in the middle of the room and brought it right to the nightstand and picked up one of the books reading it.

The chamber was a moderately sized. It had enough room for her to remain standing. Everything here was covered in dust, it was ridiculous. It was like piles and piles of dust everywhere. She picked up a book and blew it, dust covering everywhere. "You'd think they'd make a spell to stop all this dusting." She sighed, and then she sensed it again, this time much stronger. Her and Farinele's lifeforces. She walked to the end of the chamber. There was a box made of pure gold, it had designs on it, it was images of angels, different angels. She looked at it for a minute, and opened the top. She felt such a strong gush of energy release. The entire room covered in a blinding light. She turned away, until the light died down. She got on her knees, and looked into the box. There were about 10 scrolls there. Why there were so many she couldnt understand but there they lay. She picked one up, and blew on it, it was also covered in that god-forsaken dust. She looked at it for an instance. Then she grabbed the box and hurried to the opening of the Chamber. First she brought out the gold box and slid it some inches away from the opening, then she climbed out slowly. She closed the trap door, no one would know what was in there. She knew she'd need to come back later on to see what was in there. She stood with the box and placed it on the table. Should she read it now, or wait until she saw Arioch and Farinele. Decisions, decisions. She picked up the box, and started for the door. She would read them as soon as she got home.

She skimmed through the books quickly. It was written by someone she had never heard about, she could barely make out the name, but it seemed to be prophecizing a lot. She was unsure of it all, but there was the image of a destructive dragon, and it didnt provide with much nice feelings. She struggled, to read it all, but it was in another languge and she sighed. She moved to another book, this one written in plain english and she skimmed through it. It also seemed to have prophecies, and the same picture of the destructive dragon. It must have been a translation. She looked at the rest of the books. They all seemed to be written in two languages. She picked as many as she could up, and looked about in vain, no bag or anything. She walked to the bed and undid the blanket, and threw it on the floor, and she threw all the books she could in it. She went around the room like a mad woman just putting all these books down. She wrapped the sides to the middle, and hen saw how big it had been. She had no idea if she would be able to carry this home, but she had to try. Now with what happened to the library, these had become very precious, and something in her told her, that these books had a lot more than just met the eyes. She picked up the blanket full of books and slung it over her shoulder. She picked up the torch with her other hand and hurried out of the room, down the hall, and down the stairs. And all the while, the drummings had become louder and louder, almost as if it were in a room next to where she was.

She walked our of the room and headed on her journey down the long winding stairs. It was much faster going down, and all the while she held onto the box with a grip of life. She had finally made it to the entrance, and looked around. The drums in this castle, kept going, almost booming, and in the ground she stood she could feel it shake. There was a dark, ancient, and evil creature within these walls. And someday soon, she would find out all the mysteries this castle held. She looked up, and saw Maezyl carrying a large bag over her shoulder. "Maezyl, hurry. We must leave now." And with that said she walked out of the castle.

She had barely made it to the last step when she saw Yarizel and nodded. She could feel the stairs moving, and just couldnt understand why. She hurried after her. She was close to the door when she heard it. Something made chills run up her spine and the hair in the back of her neck stood up. She looked around, her breathing heavy now. It was right beside her...whatever it was, it was right beside her. She turned slowly, so she could see....

She was a few feet from the entrance. She heard a deafening screech come from inside. She put the box down, to hurry inside. Maezyl was still in there and contrary to popular belief she would save others, if need be (assuming she had a tie with them). She started running for the door, but just as she was but mere inches from it, it shut close. A deafening scream coming from inside.
