Faeries are usually depicted in a positive light, they are usually of the feminine gender, and seen as dainty, winsome, small or even tiny humans with wings that are often gossamer, sometimes like those of a butterfly, and sometimes angelic. Faeries Tend to vanish rather than shape-shift. They can, however, shape-shift if they wanted to. They live in subterrenean parallel universe tha is often accessed through holes in the ground, mountansides, hills, or even subaqueaus castles entered via a river or lake. They are magical creatures that though depicted as tiny humans, can disguise themselves as regular seized humans, and at times interact with humans.
Nymphs are females that look like humans but arent. They're said to be the most fairest of females and can enchant a man by a simple stare. They've helped inspire artists, much like the muses, and men are said to have declared war in order to get their hands in marriage. Though they are not as magical faeries. Their charm, beauty, and grace help them achieve ranks of power, gain wealth, and ensnare men.
