He sat under a tree with in a strange garden that he had come upon. He didnt really care where it was he jsut needed to sit down for a bit. He had been in countless battles and spars since the news that his beloved Ceresa had died. He had come upon her body that day and the moment he saw it, somethign in him snapped. He was no longer the calm and calculated man he once was. He now was out of control and it showed in his actions. But at this point he was hurt. He had countless deep gashes and other wounds. He had kept going with them all until he could no more. So here he sat, ready to die along with his Ceresa. He reached out and touched a flower, watching it die and he laughed.

She stepped forth from the path towards the Garden. She hadnt laid eyes upon the life here for the past 2,000 years and wished nothing more to just see the plants that were still alive and thriving. She had just come from greeting the newest arrivals from Hiswe, and welcoming them to the city of Anduune. For some it was their first trip, for others their return. She was glad to see that her people wished to once again take residence upon this land, it filled her heart with joy, though her mind fluttered with thoughts. She felt and part of her knew that her eldest and beloved Selde Iaraya resented her for the way she treated their people, and the other creatures by not giving them access to their city, but she had no choice. She was their queen and she had to protect them from the dangers of the outside world. She came to a large clearing, the trees glowing under an unsee light. The flowers as beautiful as she had remembered them. She smiled, and looked up, watching as the water flowed through the garden to nurish te trees. She looked up, her circlet shining against the unknown light, and her deep blue eyes shimmered. As she turned, she felt a strange aura, something she had never sensed within Elven territory. She had sensed it before though, it was a Fallen Angel, and something told her he was not in the best of shape.

He sat up a moment and screamed out in rage. HE wanted to leave this place, he wanted to leave this world. But nothing seemed to stop him from living. He thought about his children and his grandchildren and only them seemed to make him want to stay. He waved his arm and watched as some of the plans in the nearby vicinity died. He laughed again, he wanted to inflict pain upon the world, so they too would know the pain he felt.

She moved towards the aura. She moved past a few trees, and could sense the life of the plants fade. She frowned, no one had a right to just kill the plant life and it angered her. She waved her hand, sensing as the plants once again came to life. She kept going until, she found herself, unwittingly, infront of the Fallen Angel who was, no doubt, causing the death of the plant life. She took a quick glance to him, he was in a horrible shape, and she could feel the life wanting to escape from him.

He could sense the life return to the plants and hope entered him. He looked up speaking, "Ceresa?" His fell upon a woman who he had never seen before. He knew what she was, because he had taken the life of many of these creatures. He looked at her and growled, "Go. Go before you regret stepping foot into my presence," He let hsi head drop back down to his chest and his anger grew, his aura darkening anymore, and his already coal black wings growing darker. For a moment he thought Ceresa was there, but it was false hope.

She stared at him, unflinching. And stood in her spot, allowing him to get what he wished out of his mouth. She stepped close to him."I shall stay in my place, M'lord." She eyed him carefully, there was a great sadness within this creatures heart. Ignoring the anger, the rage, it was but a mere cover-up for the pain he felt in his heart. She bent down infront of him, seeing the many gashes about his arms, and even the blood on his clothes. The blood rushing from him. "I ask you to remain still."

He looked at her wondering why she was not leaving him. "Fine stay were you wish, but I warn you." He didnt finish because a throbbing began in his head, he winced and let it pass, openign hsi eyes he saw her before him and growled, "Get away, i do not need the help of your kind." He began to move away, his movements slow and pained.

She watched him silently. Though this creature infront of her had taken the lives of her people, she could not help but feel pity for him. She stood quickly, and watched as he tried in vain to leave. She frowned slightly, and spoke softly. "Allow me to aid you. You will not make it far, and my people will end up taking your life before you reach further from this point." She started towards him. "I do not wish to cause you harm, not even for the lives of my people you've taken."

He looked at her and growled, "Let them. Do you actually think I wish to live? Just let me be, I will put up a fight before I die. Some of yours will die as well." He felt her drawin near, and hoped for her sake she would back off, "I am not worried about you causing me harm. you should be more worried about my causing you harm."

"Mellon, in your current state, you will not cause much harm to them. You can barely move without wincing in pain." She stepped back, watching him silently. "If you wish to cause me harm, then so be it. I stand here for your taking."

He growled, she was realy starting to get on his nerves. He turned and faced her, his eyes darkening, "Do not tell me what i can and can not do." He laughed hten stepped towards her, quickly his hand shot out and he grabbed her hair in hsi hand and pulled her head back, "Do not tempt me. Because at this point I do not care who's life I take." His anger was renewing his strength, but for how long he did not know.

Her head thrusted back violently, and she barely even winced in fear. She remained calm, waiting for what he would do next. He did nothing more and she was somewhat restless, for a creature who spoke much he wasn't doing much. Her eyes fogged over, taking on a whitish foggy color. Her voice as gentle as the wind as she said. "Et-Lende, Orne" The branches of the trees began to shake violently, as they swayed, and they outstretched like hands towards the creature who held their mistress.

He pulled a dagger free from his side with his free hadn and held it to her neck, "If they touch me you will die." His eyes were clouded over as well, but there was a malcious gleam with in them. He was nto afraid of the trees, he could kill them off if he wished. But He could feel his renewed strength draining and wished nothign more to leave. "I'll let you go if you will leave me be."

She did not move or say much. If he wished to cut her throat he could try, but no dagger would end up taking her life, this much she knew. "You must understand, I cannot allow you to roam through the lands freely and cause my people harm." Energy began to immerse from her, and it exploded in a flash of light that would free her from his grasp, though the energy would not hurt him in the least. She looked to him, her eyes returning to normal. Her pity overtaking the best of her. "Leave, if you must." The branches of the trees, stopping without the need of her muttering another word, they returned back to their state.

He growled in rage as he felt her slip from his grasp and he took the dagger and through it violently at a nearby tree. "I do nto care what you do and do not allow. I answer to no one. Arioch Marvolo will no longer yield! I will kill whom I wish." He turned and started to walk through the gardens again, until finally his legs gave out on him. He felt himself fall to the ground and he cursed, "Damn it..." He tried to stand but his body was growing weaker. Finally he gave up and let his body fall to the ground.
