"Giada, do not run too far off." She spoke over her shoulder to the young girl who was off to play with a few of the children nearby. Her steps were light as she crossed over the rubble of the roads staring at the people who walked about. Some looked at her as if she were alien and she was in some aspects. Others greeted her and she only offered them a nod with not so much a blink or a word. Always the quiet one she took to observing the world as supposed to interacting with it so readily. The way people spoke, their body language, told you a tale that their words could never pry into. Silence, had always been her best tool to deter her enemies and keep her upper-hand. After all, people got annoyed when they spoke and never received a response. She was always direct and short with her words when she spoke, if someone managed to get her to speak. Lately, she'd been doing a lot of it with Giada. The girl she found and took under her wing. And even then, she was being complained too that she was 'too silent for her own good.' What did the kid know? She finally came to a halt at an adjacent road that led to two different parts of town. The left side seemed well-enough, while the right side seemed a little more cold. She started for the right side of the road, moving her hand to fixed the hilt of the katana, as well as the strap that held her bow and arrow. Maybe she'd see what she came to this place for.

Arinos was hit with a blast from behind and grunted as he went hurtling through some bushes. Damn demons. They were young and careless and he didn't have it in his heart to do any major harm to them because they could still learn. Watching them laugh, Arinos just shook his head and was oddly enough helped up by some kids around the area and laughed, thanking them all and handing them all some candy. "Thanks. Now go on, go play. You still have a lot of time for it." He smiled and just walked on his way, noticing a woman not too far up ahead. Observing her for awhile, he figured she wasn't a harm to the children and walked along the same way she was, whistling as he went. "Quite a nice day huh?"

There was a loud growl and the heavy footsteps of something bounding towards her came within earshot. By her side, came a very large feline. A white leopard with a very shiny coat, and an Onyx Star pendant around it's neck. She looked down to pet Demons head. "Go To Giada." And within a second the feline was bounding off to find the girl. Her eyes remained towards the road ahead. The scenery had already started to change to something much more dreary. Even with clouds overhead. She heard a man's voice and watched as he walked before. "Yes." She answered simply, noting a whole in his pockets and pieces of gold falling out. "Your items." She spoke poignantly and bent down to grab what she saw so far and held her hand out to him. She could be nice without speaking a lot.

"Oh, you can keep it if you want. I don't need the money but thank you for letting me know there's a hole in my pocket. I won't put anything in it." He nodded and just looked out at the changing scene ahead of them. "Well, quite a creature you have there." he watched the leopard run off towards the kids and then Arinos stretched his arms up over his head, cracking his knuckles, thoughts about his family racing through his head. He'd been gone about a month or so, but he was sure they didn't mind, since he was grown and all that. He was pretty grown before that anyway, but whatever really. Better not to think too much about it.

"You are welcomed." She looked down at the gold coins and kept them in her hand. She didn't need them, so she would just leave it somewhere where someone could take it that needed it, which wasn't always the case. "Yes, he is." She quickened her steps and finally saw where she was walking to. A larger area of town with a bad vibe all around it. She inhaled deeply and walked past the man making it right to where the buildings started to pile up. But her eyes set to a castle in the distance. One reminiscent to the stories you heard of evil vampires who lived in castle where strange sounds came from. The only thing that was missing was the classic lightning bolt to hit against the uppermost tower. The nimble steps of before had become heavy and the pairs of eyes seemed to burn into her subconcious. She ignored them and kept going straight until someone grabbed her arm. She stopped to stare at a man brandashing a dagger, and it wasn't to sell it. He spoke, his breath rancid with demonic alcohol. She wouldn't stand for this. She stared at him from the corner of her eyes without a word and he hissed with displeasure. She turned to face him, her hand moving to hit against his shoulder and push him back, while he let go of her arm. She grabbed the white gold, dragon-designed hilt of her katana and unsheathed it with mastery and ease. She pointed the tip of the sword to the man's throat who was staggering back up and eyed the metal blade on his throat with concern. "Do not cause trouble."

His eyes lit with amusement. She was good, but she was strange. Eyeing this demon, Arinos just stood out of it. It wasn't his battle to fight, unless she couldn't handle it, but he imagined she could, so he would have fun watching. "I say you make it worth his while! Make him regret his stupidity!" He noticed the demon stare at him and laughed, knowing he recognized his aura. "What? Made that I'm on her side? Look at that sword. Wouldn't YOU be on her side? Not to mention she's got far more skills than using that sword alone. I'd take my chances with the sword." He was grinning at this point. Arinos thought this was definitely far better than training, which he had been doing this whole month.

The demon took a gulp. He mumbled a few things about being a good little boy. And even changed his peripheral to look at the other man who was speaking. The same one whose gold has spilt. She cracked a smile with his words and the reaction being received. He was actually taking everything into account. She pulled the tip back some and heard something along the lines of, he'd be at her service. She pulled the sword back completely. "Get out of my sight then." The demon turned, but before he left she pushed the sword forward again and slashed at his pants a big 'S' and finally re-sheathed the sword. "He took great heed of your words."

"Well of course he did. He'd be on the floor if he hadn't, wouldn't he? I doubt you'd let him get away with doing something stupid. You don't seem the type." He laughed some more and just walked towards her. "May I see?" His hands motioned to the sword she had returned to her hip. "I understand if you don't wish to show me. People get weird when it comes to their weapons. Like people they are to some people, and I don't know whether or not you are one of those types of people. And besides, if I'm going to do something like steal it, I'll gladly enjoy the chase." He smirked, he wouldn't do any such thing, but hey, sometimes acting random was more fun than playing it safe.

"Or in pieces." She said nonchalantly. The stares were gone now, thank goodness. They were annoying just as most people tended to be. "You must be bored to take enjoyment in a chase." She looked at him and then her sword. She was very careful with her weapons. Especially her Katanas. But she had two. One out in the open and another very well hidden. The hidden one was her true pride and joy. The hilt was made of a very rare blue jade with a large design of a great Phoenix. The design was impeccable. The blade itself was made of the strongest metal known in the world. She held it above all else. She unsheathed the sword at her side and placed the hilt of it in his hands. "Tanaku. That is it's name."

"I see." He took the sword with care and wrapped his hands around it tightly. The sword has seen quite a lot, had spilt the blood of many creatures. It was an amazingly designed sword on top of that. Smiling, Arinos spun it around and swung it slowly back and forth, wathing the light reflect off of the metal and smiled. "Very nice weapon. I simply hold daggers. I have a sword at home but it's nothing like this. I mean, it gets the job done, but not as beautifully as this must. Besides, I like daggers. Lighter and you can hold a lot more than you can hold swords." Looking it over once more, he handed her back her Katana and just nodded in thanks. "Arinos Zanlaraniel. Might not know me, but I'm related to Alinthos and Vandos. Might not have even heard of any of them either, so that's okay too."

"Thank you." She watched the way he handled the sword. He was pretty good with it. Most people lacked the right stances to handle a weapon like a Katana. Perhaps it was because it was an Eastern weapon and not many people knew of the weapons or customs. "They are. They allow for less detection because of it's size. But a sword is more precise." She grabbed the sword back and slashed at the air hearing a very vague and distinct sound. "Kills faster, less guilt." It went right back to it's sheath. "Sakayra Sendohoshi." This was the first time she'd spoken so much to a virtual stranger like this. "Zanlaraniel. Powerful Demonic Family. Feud with two other Powerful Demonic Families." Her speech was as if it were out of a textbook but it wasn't. "'Strong-willed.' Arin means 'strong-willed' in my language. Your name, that is."

"Really?" He grinned. He'd been named well then. "Thank you for that little tidbit. I agree. But don't tell anyone. ABout that less guilt thing that is. I sort of like to watch." He smiled a bit mischievously. The demon in him. "We are a powerful demonic family and the feud has died down in recent years if I understand correctly with the newe generations, though, I suppose anything could happen right? Older generations will always still have an influence over the youngers as long as they are around." Scratching the back of his neck, he just gave her another smile. "That's a very nice name. Sakayra. Very beautiful, like yourself." He just stared at her for awhile and walked right up to her. There was this deep urge within him. Some voice calling out, whether in his imagination, or from his head, or from her or someone, he didn't know, but he soon found himself grabbing her without thinking of any consequences and slipped his lips against hers.

She nodded her head several times. "I cannot judge for what you like. In some instances there are those who deserve to suffer for their crimes." Even she was guilty of regailing in a feeling of intense satisfaction from it. Her eyes skimmed back up to his eyes. They were beautiful eyes really. "May the peace remain between your families. Perhaps the prejudicies of the older members will change for the better because of the new generations views." Her head shifted to stare at one of the establishments not wanting to be rude for looking to long. "Thank you." Her gaze returned to his. That never happenend before. But the kiss was what surprised her most. Her eyes remained open before they closed and she returned the kiss. Her nimble fingers traveled around his neck and her lips did all her talking. A surprise kiss. How exciting, even for herself.

"Sakayra..." He moved to her neck in a sudden fit of rage and let his lips linger. "Come to my home? Meet my family? Have dinner maybe?" He kept his arms wrapped around her for the remainder of the time he kissed her and just looked down at her now. "Please? Even if you don't want to, for me? Free food. Nowadays you can't deny free food and friendly people. I promise you'll have fun. It's sudden, but when have you ever done something like this? I know I haven't. You can meet my aunt Maezyl. She's the best! You'll love her!" he grinned foolishly, realizing he must sound as if he was ready to put a ring on her finger but he wasn't, he was just really nice. In cases like this, if he didn't control it, it seemed overwhelming.

Woah. This was all so sudden. She never had such a sudden feeling of intense lust like this. She was confused what to do. She wasn't an impulsive person. Not unless it dealt with killing but this was completely different. "The offer is kind, Arinos, but..." And she broke off. Now her own voice started to speak up. It wasn't a request you got everyday. She gave in. Not just for him, but because she wanted this herself. She would come back an attend to business later. "...I must find Giada and Demon, first. I cannot leave them to fend for themselves." She concentrated towards one of the trees and let her mind speak to her pet. Demon return with Giada. She only hoped neither were too far off.
