He flipped backwards, sending a fireball towards both of the creatures, splitting them up. Watching them throw several daggers at him, he moved his body in a quick cartwheel and sent another barrage of fireballs at the creatures and sensed them disappear as the fireballs hit them and then he shook his head."No relaxation for Ather Taninide right?" He sighed. Creatures never left him alone, everyday if he went out long enough, he was bothered by someone or something, and he disliked it quite a lot, though a part of him enjoyed it.

She jumped down from the tree, with her arms crossed. "Always a better fighter with each meeting." She nodded to herself, watching him. Wondering if she should have even jumped from her seat. She hadnt intended of coming here today, but she wanted just look at the trees and the wildlife and found herself here. She looked at him. "I hope everything's been good for you, Ather." She said full of sincerity.

He pulled his tattered shirt off and started wiping blood away from a gash across his chest and just nodded."Same for you Circe." He nodded once more and just looked at the gash, tore his shirt into several strips and tied them over the gash the best he could."Good enough." He patted them down, not even wincing as he hit the gash. This was nothing for him.

"Thanks." She watched him tend to his wound, and smirked. She wasnt surprised by how unmoved he was to this. It seemed to be a Taninide trait. She actually admired it. She had tried a few times not to make any sounds or of the like when getting wounds, but it only happened once, the other times it was just way too deep for her. She walked a little closer then leaned against the tree. "It's never a dull day for you, is it?"

"Sometimes I desire dull days. Fate has not made it so." He shrugged and just walked over towards her and sat down on the ground, picking up dirt in his hand and letting it fall to the ground slowly.

"They can be enjoyable at times. Maybe you just have to work to get those. It's not that hard, just jump on a branch, hidden among the leaves, and there you are, a dullish day." She looked at his hand and just said suddenly. "You have a nice family. I'm happy for you." She smiled warmly.

"Were alright I guess." He looked at her."You've met them both?" He frowned at this, not even knowing this had happened from Sareanna or Regulus. Part of him didn't mind, but another part did.

She nodded. "I did. Dalon and Regulus like to spar a lot, and just not too long ago Dalon had been over for lunch with us. And Sareanna and I are old friends, you could say. I tried helping her when she was injured, I dont know if it was smart on my part, but yeah." She nodded. "I have to admit it was a surprise, but it's nice to see that both of you have each other, and even have a son. It's nice to have a child."

"Yes, well, all I feel that we are connected by right now is the boy." He eyed her for awhile."Neither of them spoke to me about you at all. I must assume then that I am horrible at hiding what I do."

"I'm sorry to hear that. I can only hope things improve. If you need anything, please dont hesitate to ask me. I know how you Taninide men can get but I'd like to help my soon to be brother-in-law." She raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean?" She looked at him. "Maybe it slipped their minds, they're both probably very busy creatures."

"Soon to be...what?" He looked at Circe in disbelief."Why? What happened?" He sighed and then shook his head."If you don't catch on, then I won't lead you closer."

"Fine, when I figure out, then I'll know what you're on about." She sighed slightly, then smiled. "Soon to be brother-in-law. Rilon proposed to me. Surprise, if I do say so, myself. I wouldnt have minded remaining as we have, doesnt change what I feel for him. But yeah, we'e going to be related by marriage eventually. And you know, maybe you'll come to the ceremony, whenever it happens."

"I'm not that detached. I know how much you just want to have me around. You know, my brother and yourself would not even be where you were had I not pushed him like I tended to do when he was little. Came to me for advice, and I told him that if he didn't do anything, you would be on my tail soon." He gave her a playful smile.

She chuckled. "Well you can be at times. Though no matter how hard I try to do the same, I cant help it. There's an appeal to 'bothering' someone who I've known for so long." She smiled. "What advice was he seeking, exactly? And you're wrong I'd have come for your ass not your tail." She winked playfully.

He tried stifling a laugh, but it escaped and he shook his head, his cheeks reddening slightly and he just shrugged."I don't recall much of it. He would probably deny this, but he just wasn't sure if you actually liked him. I told him that obviously, if you came home to him, with the way he smells at times, that you liked him."
